We host a review call where we walk you through your installation and touch on frequently asked questions. The goal of the handoff phase is to ensure you are comfortable taking the reins of your new hyper-flexible, high performing storefront.
If your brand is new to Shopify then in most cases your store is ready to publish. If your brand has an existing store, then you will likely need to merchandise pieces of your new storefront that were not included in our scope, such as landing pages.
We provide a content checklist to ensure your post-handoff action items are clear.
We release new features on an ongoing basis and we offer support 5 days a week. New features do not require any sort of migration or upgrade to use, they simply appear in your Platter+ dashboard.
